The 2024 season is when the Lions need Jameson Williams to emerge as a starter who's on the field the vast majority of Offensive plays. Williams certainly improved as the 2023 season went along. But a key moving forward with Williams is he still needs to be more consistent, especially with locating and catching the football.

While David Montgomery was my choice for Lions Player of the Game, Jameson Williams was one of players who belongs in the conversation of Player of the Game. Williams had more splash. Montgomery looked more consistent. Both played on a high level.

While the Lions went 2-0 without Jameson Williams, the Lions are a better team with Williams. He needs to be focused on AND off the field. Williams has improved greatly on the field but he's a question mark off the field.
