Jameson Williams suspension: Everything we know

With Aidan Hutchinson, Kerby Joseph, Brian Branch, and Sam LaPorta being high caliber young players that I believe the Lions want to invest in long term, it wouldn't surprise me if Brad Holmes and Dan Campbell move on from Jameson Williams in the next 1 to 3 years.

As a Michigan CPL holder, how stupid can this guy be!!!! Since his brother is a CPL holder he should have known better! This situation stinks to high heaven. When you become a CPL holder you become 500 times more responsible in yourself to avoid situations like this! I’m not giving Jameson Williams the benefit of the doubt here. He’s gone to Detroit in bad areas in his Rolls Royce giving kids $100 bills. That’s good if you want to help out the kids but that is a good way to get robbed! Having a weapon underneath your seat doesn’t do you any favors either. If the gun wasn’t loaded I’d give him the benefit of the doubt but it appears that this wasn’t the case. This guy has some serious growing up to do! I’d even investigate his brother on whether he needs his CPL suspended or revoked.

Jameson Williams has a history of bad judgment since he's been with the Lions.
There are ways to help kids without putting yourself in danger.
He's erasing all of the strides he made in games, practice, and preparation. Right now, I would be surprised if Williams is with the Lions long term. The Lions trading Williams as early as the upcoming off-season wouldn't surprise me.
