NTRFA= Not Tendered RFA.
Though I understand the decision for the Lions not to place a RFA Tender on J.D. McKissic, it's disappointing what transpired with the Lions not being able to sign him at a lower price. It was a calculated risk by Bob Quinn not to tender McKissic. It backfired. The end result is the Lions have to replace the versatile explosive playmaking McKissic brought to the table. He was a great waiver claim by Quinn in 2019.
