Dolphins bring Jordan Love in for last-minute visit
……………..
The Dolphins evaluation of Jordan Love as a prospect could go along way in whether they have serious interest in trading up from pick # 5 for a QB. If they have a very high opinion of Love as an NFL QB prospect in their system, they probably wouldn't satisfy the Lions in a potential trade involving pick # 3 of the 2020 Draft.

What Tom Brady leaving Patriots says about Tua Tagovailoa's chances of landing in Detroit
……...…………...…
This thread relates to the following thread:
NFL Free Agency Preview: Quarterbacks ( 2020 )
detroit-lions-forum.proboards.com/thread/603/free-agency-preview-quarterbacks-2020?page=1&scrollTo=2814
An enormous obstacle for the Lions drafting Tua Tagovailoa is Martha Ford and her daughter Sheila supporting the decision to the point that this is no longer a mandate season for Bob Quinn and Matt Patricia. Bill Belichick would have much more flexibility with a decision to draft a QB with pick # 3 if he had Matthew Stafford on the roster because Belichick has the most success of any NFL HC in the modern era.
Another obstacle is what was mentioned in the article, the travel restrictions of the Coronavirus. Unfortunately, the Lions might have lost some trade leverage with pick # 3 because of the new reality of the NFL, as it relates to the Coronavirus ( in a football context ).

How coronavirus could affect Detroit Lions' chances of dealing No. 3 pick in NFL draft
…...…………
It seems highly unlikely the Lions would draft Tuo Tagovailoa without the Lions medical staff being able to exam him. Especially, with Matthew Stafford already on the roster and the expectation by the Ford Family for the Lions to have a much better 2020 season than what occurred in the 2019 season. Yet, I do believe Tagovailoa will be taken from pick # 2 to pick # 6 in the draft.
