Talk of Tua Tagovailoa to Jaguars lingers
……………..
If the Jaguars want to draft Tua Tagovailoa, IMHO, they probably will have to attempt to trade up to get him. The question then becomes, how high? They certainly can't depend on 'Tanking for Trevor', as they probably have too good of a roster that will 'prevent' them from finishing with the worst record in the NFL. I think they could surprise a lot of people this season, in part because they have one of best draft resource situations entering the 2020 Draft.

NFC North: Green Bay Packers steal NFL draft headlines with surprise pick of QB Jordan Love
…………….
Though I'm not surprised that Jordan Love went in the pick # 26 spot ( I had him going # 23 to New England in my Mock Draft ), I was shocked the Packers drafted him or any QB in Round 1. I never saw this coming for the 2020 Draft. Not with the Packers having a major need for another starting caliber WR and that Aaron Rodgers' window is closing more and more each year. Rodgers can't be happy. The trade up cost is the cherry on the top, as that cost the Packers a 4th Round Pick.

……………..
It's unfortunate that the Dolphins and/or Chargers didn't have desperation to trade up for Tua.

Lions may draft a QB tonight
………
I would be comfortable with either Jacob Eason or Jalen Hurts in Round 3. The 0-8 record in 2019 without Matthew Stafford speaks for itself. Even with Chase Daniel added to the QB mix.
In the case of Hurts, he probably would be kept on the Game Day roster as a rookie as the # 3 QB, with him being used on some gadget plays.
