Hard work and perseverance paid off for Dan Skipper!
With Jamarco Jones being signed to the Lions Practice Squad, after being released a day earlier during the cutdown to 53, the Lions could turn to Jones to be a backup Tackle (along with Colby Sorsdal) vs. the LA Rams in the SNF regular season opener. By next Wednesday's practice, the Lions coaches should have a pretty good idea if Dan Skipper will be healthy enough to play vs. the Rams.
