As early as Pick # 164, in Round 5, the Lions should seriously consider drafting a Kicker if there's a Kicker in the draft cluster at the top of the Lions Draft Board at that point of the draft. At the very least, the Lions need to further address Kicker in a meaningful way either through the draft or in another manner.
