Chase Lucas got caught in a numbers game when the Cutdown to 53 roster decisions were made.
Lucas and / or Steven Gilmore will very likely be on the Game Day roster vs. the Seahawks tomorrow. It's a close call who would be the chose to be on the Game Day roster tomorrow, if it comes down to one or the other. I give Lucas a slight edge. While Gilmore beat Lucas out for a 53 man roster spot, the decision easily could have been made with the thought process that Gimore was more likely to be claimed off waivers.
