Five questions about the Detroit Lions’ offense heading into the 2023 season
...........
If Graham Glasgow is relatively healthy and isn't needed at Center or LG, I think moving Big V to RT would be the Lions best option on the current roster if one of the Lions starting Tackles was sidelined. Ideally, Penei Sewell would remain at RT. However, Sewell is a better LT option, compared to anyone else on the roster, if Taylor Decker is out.
It will be interesting to see if Antoine Green is on the Game Day roster at Kansas City. If Green is, I think the Lions will use him at times because of his vertical / down the field abilities.

Lions offense tops the league in this efficiency stat ...........

Lions 33, Saints 28: Game # 12 ( 2023 )

Great overall job by Ben Johnson, Jared Goff, and the Lions overall Offense in leading the NFL in the least amount of 3 and outs at the beginning of drives.
Correcting the mistakes that led to 4 three and outs in New Orleans last Sunday is critical. The Lions were able to hold on to beat the Saints, in very large part because the Lions built a 21-0 lead. With it highly unlikely the Lions will build a 21 point lead in the first quarter or anytime in the first half in Chicago tomorrow, the Lions need to sustain drives. That much more with the abilities of Justin Fields for the Bears.
