W/o saying, it's very unfortunate for Tracy Walker and the Lions that he suffered a season ending torn Achilles Tendon Injury.

Maybe, my optimism under the circumstance of the injury is wishful thinking. But because Walker was able to walk off the field using the injured leg to at least some extent, maybe the injury wasn't a complete Achilles Tendon tear. If that's the case, the chances of a full (or near complete) recovery and a speedier recovery would probably substantially increase.

Encouraging news. Having said that, Tracy Walker has a long way to go in the different journey in recovering from a torn Achilles Tendon. The Lions need to be prepared for Walker not being at or near his pre-injury level, especially in the first half of the 2023 season.
