You're right, not sure that the type of offensive scheme Dan Campbell is preparing will be the perfect fit for Golladay. Of course, to complement the running game, they need a deep threat / big target receiver but probably not a 20-million-receiver ? (providing Golladay can stay healthy ?) They also need a quick shot / 3rd down receiver - Beasley / Welker / Randle El kind of - maybe Jamal Agnew could play that role ?
Considering the amazing job the front 4 of the Buccs did in the SB (Ndamukong Suh finally has his ring ), I would rather sign a great pass rusher over a great receiver if forced to choose.

Frenchy, if the Lions are catering the passing game to Jared Geoff's strengths, I think the emphasis will be on getting WRs that are better at getting separation than what Kenny Golladay provides. Especially, when factoring in that Golladay reportedly turned down a multi-year contract during the 2020 season ( when Bob Quinn was still GM ) of at least $ 16 million per year.
A younger version of Danny Amendola can be added to the list you mentioned.
With more experience and exposure, Jamal Agnew would seem like a very good fit for a Jared Goff led Offense.
I agree regarding what you mentioned about the Bucs front 4 pressure in the Super Bowl, including Ndamukong Suh's performance, and the preference of a great pass rusher over a great WR. If age / health are similar, I would take Khalil Mack over any WR in the NFL.

5 Affordable Free Agents for the Lions
...........
All 5 of these players are well worth giving serious consideration to if the prices are on the lower side. So much will also depend on what opportunities are out their on the open market, at what prices, and how much available salary cap space the Lions will have each day?

Which Rams could follow departed Sean McVay assistants? There are four teams who have ties to the 2020 Rams now
......
Malcolm Brown and Josh Reynolds are the two LA Rams UFAs that are most likely to land with the Lions this year
Samson Ebukam probably is the next most likely to end up with the Lions. Ebukam can be used as a combination OLB and DE. He probably is better suited as a backup.
Morgan Fox is probably on the Lions radar screen. He can provide DE/ DT versatility off the bench. With Fox coming off a 6 sack regular season and another sack in the Rams playoff loss in Green Bay, it wouldn't be surprising if he gets a contract that' s more than the Lions should offer him.
Troy Hill will be 30 in August but he's only missed 2 games in the last 3 regular seasons. That includes all 5 Rams playoff games ( he played in all of them ). If the cost to sign Hill is on the modest side, I think the Lions will give the decision serious thought.
Josh Johnson will be difficult ( far from impossible though.) to sign because of the likely high end demand for his services and the Lions salary cap situation.

Top 100 free agents 2021: Dak Prescott again tops the list
.......
This list helps illustrate the substantial variance in ranking NFL FAs.
Marvin Jones rated as high as # 40, Jarrad Davis and Reggie Ragland even being on the list, let alone Davis ranked # 62, and Everson Griffin not on the list, are all attention getting.
Even as someone who has had a higher opinion of Jarrad Davis in recent seasons than most Lions fans and the media that covers the Lions, I don't think Davis has done enough to warrant being as high as # 62.
Reggie Ragland is a good run defender and a decent backup level Blitzer. Pass Coverage is where he has most of his playing difficulties. Including, getting out if position too often on play action fakes. Ragland probably won't get much on the open market, as run Defending LBs aren't highly valued in the pecking order in the current era of the NFL.
Everson Griffen played well enough in the 2020 season to be somewhere on the top 100 list.
It's good to see former Lions DE Kerry Hyder on the list ( # 92 ). Great football character, who overcame a torn Achilles when with the Lions. Losing Hyder for the season in the first pre-season game at Indianapolis in 2017, was a major setback for the Lions.
Based on how Ndamukong Suh played in the 2020 season, including in the NFC Championship Game and the Super Bowl, he should be ranked much higher than # 98.

The problem with these lists is that some players have made a name for themselves in the past but struggle maintain the same level of performance. For example, the safety from the Vikings Anthony Harris, 12th on the list, has had some very good seasons but the last one has been disappointing. Does he still deserve to be that high on the list ? I doubt it.
I'm also curious to see if JJ Watt will be worth his huge contract with the Cards ?

The Anthony Harris illustration you provided is a great illustration of the subjectivity of these lists. Questions that come to mind are:
How much weight should the most recent have, compared to the prior recent seasons? If a player was dealing with one or more injuries that sidelined him or limited him in the most recent season, what's his health prognosis for the upcoming season? How much did the player's situation ( talent around him and coaching ) affect his play ( in some cases for the better, in some cases for worse )?
At least from my point of view, the key question with rankings of Free Agents is what do you expect from the player moving forward?
The reason why I believe J.J. Watt will be worth the huge contract with the Cardinals is his choice of the Cardinals gives the team/ franchise much more credibility than it had prior to him signing with them. At least in some ways, it reminds me of Tom Brady signing with the Bucs leading to many other good players wanting to play for the Bucs. Including, most at a discount. In the NBA, Kevin Durant signing with the Brooklyn Nets gave that franchise more credibility than it ever had previously. J.J. Watt is one of the very few non QBs in the NFL who I believe has a positive franchise altering presence. The late Reggie White certainly fits this category.

Predicting what happens to Detroit Lions' 18 NFL free agents ......
I agree with Dave Birkett regarding the Lions decision not to place the Franchise Tag on Kenny Golladay.
At absolute most, there's a 10 % chance Golladay resigns with the Lions.
IMHO, it's around 50-50 Romeo Okwara will be re-signing with the Lions. Okwara is the one higher priced FA that I believe would accept a little less from the Lions, because of the opportunity to remain teammates with his younger brother Julian. I'm going to predict Romeo Okwara resigns with the Lions. Close call either way.
I'm definitely not expecting Marvin Jones back..
Everson Griffen very likely will sign elsewhere.
One way or the other, I expect Danny Amendola not to be with the Lions for the 2021 season..
I definitely expect Duron Harmon to sign with another team.
Jarrad Davis probably will be signing elsewhere. But if his market value is noticeably less than $ 6 million per year, I think the Lions will make a concerted effort to re-sign him. Probably about 45 % chance Davis re-signs with the Lions
Reggie Ragland probably signs elsewhere. About 35 % chance he.re-signs with the Lions.
Adrian Peterson very likely won't be back with the Lions.
I expect a team with much more realistic playoff aspirations in the 2021 season to sign Matt Prater. At most a 35 % chance of Prater re-signing with the Lions. It's probably around 30 %.
I think there's a 60 % chance Don Muhlbach resigns with the Lions.
Both Jalen Reeves-Maybin and Miles Killebrew probably have slightly over a 50 % chance of being resigned. If only one is back, it more likely than not be JRM. My guess is both are back with the Lions.
Mohamed Sanu is very likely not going to be back with the Lions.
Jamal Agnew is slightly more likely than not going to sign elsewhere. I think it's about a 47 % chance he's back with the Lions.
Oday Aboushi will more likely than not get a better contract offer from a team with much more salary cap space than the Lions. The Jaguars and Jets are the two teams I think are the favorites to land Aboushi. I think there's about a 45 % chance he resigns with the Lions.
I think there's about a 45 % chance the Lions re-sign Darryl Roberts. With about a 35 % chance the Lions re-sign Tony McRae.

Lions free agent predictions: Where do the 2020 Detroit players wind up?
........
My guess is Marvin Jones will get a much better financial offer than 1 year/ $ 4.5 million.
I'm not expecting Everson Griffen back with the Lions. A 1 year/ $ 4 million contract offer to him would be tempting.
If Adrian Peterson gets an offer from a serious Super Bowl Contender, I don't think he will sign with the Texans.
A 1 yr/ $ 1 million contract for Oday Aboushi would likely be something the Lions would be comfortable with. I think he gets a better offer than that.
The Lions would be crazy not to offer Jamal Agnew MORE than a 1 year/ $ 1 million contract.

Dan Campbell on newly-extended DL Michael Brockers: He’s one of few who can ‘wield the hammer of Thor’
........
Of the players the Lions reportedly agreed to contract terms this year and / or traded for, the only two that as of now have't been confirmed by the Lions are QB Tim Boyle and WR Breshad Perriman.:
www.detroitlions.com/team/transactions/
Rod Marinelli often used the term Football Character during the 3 seasons he was Lions HC. Those were the 3 seasons Dan Campbell played for the Lions. Campbell definitely fit the type of player Marinelli wanted playing for him. I'm confident that hasn't changed since then, with Marinelli being an Assistant Coach with the Bears, Cowboys, and currently under Jon Gruden with the Raiders.

3 free agents the Lions could sign before the draft
.........
All 3 players would be good additions if relatively healthy and make sense from a salary cap standpoint.
Of the 3, Dede Westbrook caught my attention leading up to the start of the FA period. The fact that Westbrook remains unsigned leads me to believe he is still in the recovery phase of the torn ACL he suffered early in the 2020 season.
My guess is that Dede Westbrook and Darqueze Dennard will end up signing NFL Veteran Minimum contracts.
Jurrell Casey is the oldest of the 3 players but by far the most accomplished. Casey turns 32 late this year. Yet, I think Casey could get one or more heavily incentive offers sometime after the draft from a team ( s ) that needs help in the Defensive Line interior. I have enjoyed watching Casey play ( except against the Lions ) i still believe Casey has enough left in the tank to be a winning caliber interior Line rotation player.
