Good news regarding Matthew Stafford. Assuming that he is cleared to play in the game, the question clearly seems to be how will his lack of practice time for this game affect the Lions Offense?

The missed practice time probably adversely affected Matthew Stafford's performance to some extent. The stressful situation with his daughter Hunter easily could have taken a toll on Stafford.

Moving forward, these final 8 games of the 2020 regular season probably will go a very long way in determining the directiion of the Lions after the season. Including, whether Stafford will be back with the Lions for a 13th season.

Even though Matthew Stafford has to be better with decision making and technique, he needs much more combined help from the Lions Offense, Defense, and even Special Teams ( Matt Prater ).
