Lions QB Matthew Stafford lands on COVID list, could still return in time to face Vikings
...........
Much like with Jarrad Davis, I hope that Matthew Stafford and everyone he came into contact with in recent days are ok.
Even if Matthew Stafford is cleared to play at Minnesota, going up against a Mike Zimmer coached Defense ( even with them losing many key pieces since the two teams faced each other last December ), without practice this week, is very concerning.
It remains to be seen how the Lions proceed at QB to begin the Vikings game, if Stafford is cleared to play.

Lions' Matthew Stafford continues to test negative, still on track to play against Vikings
...........
Frenchy, at least for now, it looks like Matthew Stafford is on track to play on Sunday.
One thing I have doubts about is the Lions Offense not changing much if Chase Daniel is in the game instead of Matthew Stafford. Stafford had differential throwing abilities that Daniel and most QBs can't even dream of. Daniel is not capable of making some throws that Stafford attempts.
