2020 NFL cutdown day: Notable cuts from around the league that may interest the Lions

Lions reach the 53 roster limit after cutdown (2020 season )

Adrian Peterson is 35 years old. Unless Peterson in a Tryout would look like he can still be an asset, the Lions should pass on him. I have my doubts that Peterson would be worth a roster spot.
The Lions should pass on Josh Rosen.
Claiming Hakeem Butler wouldn't be an efficient move for the Lions.
I have doubts that Ha Ha Clinton-Dix would provide enough to the Lions at present.
I believe Sean Davis is a vested veteran. If that's the case, the Lions should bring him for a Tryout and physical. My gut feeling is the Lions will pass on signing Davis in the near future, largely based on the team's roster.
Chad Thomas is intriguing I'm not sure if he has enough upside to warrant a roster spot at this point.
Josh Dobbs is worth considering for the P.S. if David Blough is claimed off waivers. Dobbs has much more physical talent than Blough but would have to adjust to the Lions Offense.
I rather the Lions claim Sidney Jones or Rasul Douglas off waivers than keep Mike Ford on the 53 man roster.
