Lions’ Jamal Agnew looking like a natural in move to receiver
.........
Jamal Agnew has all but secured a roster spot with the Lions. I think Agnew is going to be on the field on Offense for a few plays each game. His playmaking skills can easily be the difference in some close games. Even as a decoy, Agnew could make a huge positive difference.

Pending Detroit Lions free agent Jamal Agnew sure sounds open to sticking around ..........
This thread relates to the following thread:
Packers 31, Lions 24: Game # 13 ( 2020 )
detroit-lions-forum.proboards.com/thread/840/packers-31-lions-game-2020
Excellent job by Jamal Agnew and the Lions Kickoff Return unit, on Agnew's 71 yard Yard Kickoff Return. A TD Return wouldn't have tied the game up. But it would have given the Lions a better chance to complete comeback. Still, Agnew gave the Chase Daniel led Lions Offense excellent field position.
Because San Diego no longer has an NFL team, Jamal Agnew won't be playing in his hometown next season. Whether he will remain in his new home is difficult to predict. Agnew's versatility and playmaking ability are major assets for the Lions. On the other side of the coin is a problematic salary cap situation that needs to be improved greatly. Even if the latter happens, which I expect, so much depends on the offers Agnew receives from other teams and what the Lions other options are with salary cap dollars.
