Bengals claim Isaiah Williams off waivers from the Lions

It's definitely not surprising that Isaiah Williams was claimed off waivers. Unfortunately, the Lions injury situation put the team brass in a difficult situation, which led to the decision to place Isaiah Williams on waivers.
