Lions could go with 4 WRs to start

No surprise on this end that the Lions are releasing Daurice Fountain. He didn't step up in the pre-season finale vs. the Steelers and he didn't improve enough after a fast start in training camp. Disappointing overall pre-season for Fountain.
I would be very surprised if Fountain is claimed off waivers tomorrow.
My guess is the Lions will move on from Fountain sometime this season, if he ends up back on the Lions PS tomorrow or in the days/ weeks that follow. At best there's a 50-50 chance the Lions and Fountain agree to a PS contract. I hope the Lions go in another direction.
