An 18 game NFL Regular Season schedule is a bad idea, if the objective is for player safety being a top priority.
The new NFL Kickoff rules have changed kickoffs radically. It doesn't feel like the same game.
Eliminating the surprise Onside Kickoff has taken an important strategic element of the game.
