At or near the NFL Veteran Minimum, with very little guaranteed money, it would be make sense for the Lions to sign Alexander Mattison. With the objective of Mattison competing for the # 3 and/ or # 4 RB roster spot.

Without knowing the amount of guaranteed money, it's hard to assess the value of the contract. But on the surface, D'Andre Swift turned a relatively healthy season (a first for him in the NFL) into at least a good 2nd contract for an NFL RB. Swift, if he remains relatively healthy, will facing the Lions twice in the regular season as long as he's with the Bears. If Swift can remain relatively healthy, he should be an asset for the Bears.

Titans are expected to sign Tony Pollard

While Tony Pollard's stats in the 2023 season were decent to pretty good, he didn't have the impact for the Cowboys that they hoped for in his first season as the team's starting RB. Pollard is a better receiver than Derrick Henry but I think they downgraded from a rushing standpoint.

Saquon Barkley agrees to three-year deal with Eagles

High risk/ high reward contract for the Eagles. Saquon Barkley is amongst the best NFL RBs when he's relatively healthy. However, Barkley is had numerous injuries that have sidelined him in his 6 combined seasons with the Giants.
