With Big V being placed on IR, it made sense for the Lions to sign Jake McQuaide from the PS.

In the Lions last second win over the LA Chargers, the Lions had 5 TDs/ PATs and 2 FGs. With the one Jack Fox Punt, the 5 PATs, 2 FGs, and 1 Punt were the 8 plays in which McQuaide was in the game. Great job by McQuaide, Fox, and Riley Patterson in their first game action together.
