Injury update
The Lions were close to full strength for Saturday's practice with only defensive tackle Isaiah Buggs missing from action. He had exited the preseason finale after making a tackle with an unknown injury. The team isn't required to release an official injury report until Monday.
..........
With massive DT Quinton Bohanna signed to the Practice Squad, it's realistically possible that the injury to Isaiah Buggs could keep him sidelined for a while.

Lions only had 1 player missing from Saturday's practice
..........
Even if Ifeatu Melifonwu practices tomorrow and Tuesday without limitations, it wouldn't surprise me if he's on the Game Day Inactive list in Kansas City. That much more if CB Emmanuel Moseley is active for the game.

Isaiah Buggs quotes/ info: 2023 season

Being there's only one Minicamp for non-rookies and that Minicamp is mandatory, Russell Brown is likely referring to Isaiah Buggs missing OTAs.
If an NFL player was benched for missing one or more OTAs, which are voluntary, and it can be proven that this is why a player is benched, the player would likely be able to win an NFLPA filed grievance against the team. Something with what Russell Brown mentioned, regarding Buggs, doesn't add up.
It's good to see Ifeatu Melifonwu and Frank Ragnow being able to practice fully today. Ragnow's practice workload will very likely be limited at times, for maintenance purposes.
If Emmanuel Moseley is able to practice tomorrow, it's a good sign that he's progressing in his recovery.

Kadarius Toney and L’Jarius Sneed are likely still on course to play against the Lions.
Because Travis Kelce was injured during practice today, he's in essence automatically listed as Limited (unless the injury was on the last Offensive play in the Chiefs practice). Tomorrow's Game Designation for Kelce will provide a much better idea on the chances of him playing against the Lions in this game.

Week 1 Injury Report | Chiefs vs. Lions
.........
Barring a change in injury status, the Chiefs are saying that Travis Kelce has at least a 50-50 chance of playing in this game.
No surprising regarding Emmanuel Moseley not playing in this game.

Travis Kelce's history suggests that he will play in tonight's game against the Lions.
The type of injury Kelce suffered usually keeps a player out at least one game.
My gut feeling is Kelce will be kept out of this game. But it's a close call.

.........
If Travis Kelce does play in this game, the questions then become how many snaps Kelce plays, how effective will he be as a receiver & blocker, what the Lions strategy on Kelce is early in the game, and what the Lions strategy is as the game moves along (if Kelce remains in the game)?
