It remains to be seen what the Lions approach will be with Tracy Walker during training camp and the pre-season. Most likely, Walker will see some pre-season game action, unless he has a significant injury setback.

Tracy Walker went from a backup Safety in the first 2 games of this season to the Lions # 1 Safety for today's game against the Falcons. The Lions need Walker to step up, being the player, the team brass envisioned when giving him the 3-year contract that Walker received in March, 2022. Walker performed well in the pre-season for the most part, which is encouraging, considering the Achilles Tendon tear injury he suffered 52 weeks ago today at Minnesota.
