The Lions also have Godwin Igwebuike in the RB mix.

The Lions are presently in very good shape at RB, including the depth the team has on the position unit.

Barring the injury factor, D'Andre Swift, Jamaal Williams, and FB Jason Cabinda have close to a 100% chance of being on the Lions opening day roster in September.

More likely than not, two other RBs will be on the Lions Opening Day roster. With Craig Reynolds, Jermar Jefferson, and Godwin Igwebuike, realistically competing for to be one of the two RB in serious competition. There's no question that Special Teams will factor into the RB roster decisions by the team brass.
