The broken collarbone injury Quintez Cephus suffered yesterday looked a lot like the 2nd broken collarbone injury the late WR Charles Rogers suffered in the Lions win over the Bears in the 2004 season opener in Chicago. Though Charles Rogers never got his NFL career back on track, I think it was because of the abuse he did to his body.
I'm cautiously optimistic that Quintez Cephus will rebound from this injury and have his pre-injury ability back in the 2022 season.
Quintez Cephus has earned the support of Lions fans, with hard work, passion, and a team oriented approach. I wish Quintez Cephus the best in his recovery.
