Playing without Frank Ragnow and Taylor Decker against a Mike Zimmer talented Defense is a recipe' for disaster.

It's far from a given Romeo Okwara will ever regain his pre-injury skills. Having said that, I appreciate the upbeat approach by Dan Campbell. These are difficult times for Romeo Okwara.

The Lions have had countless seasons derailed because of injury. Though expectations by most for the Lions this season were as low since at least 2010, unlike the vast majority of seasons, numerous key injuries occurred much earlier in the season. Whether the Lions injury situation will even become manageable this season remains to be seen?

My guess is D'Andre Swift will play in the game, based on him being limited in practice in previous weeks.

Jaamal Williams will likely play, as he didn't miss any full days of practice during the week.

Because Trey Flowers missed the previous two games, it's more uncertain whether he will play, compared to Williams. More likely than not, Flowers will play. The Lions made Flowers available to speak to the media this week.

Penei Sewell and T.J. Hockenson seem highly questionable. 50-50 % or slightly higher to play in the game.

One possibility ( not probability ) is Dalvin Cook is active for the game but isn't used on the Vikings first drive. They then determine how to proceed with Cook, based on how the game is going.
