Kevin Strong was injured on the play that Jeff Okudah suffered a torn Achilles. Thankfully, Strong was able to come back into the game. Considering the other injuries the Lions are dealing with at DE/DT and that Strong looked like the Lions top performer ( at least to me ) on Defense for the Lions vs. the 49ers, his injury is an additional concern. Because there's an extra day to the upcoming game in GB, it's possible Strong is being given an extra day to recover from his injury, before practicing.

Before today, I didn't see or hear anything about what type of injury Kevin Strong was dealing with.

Strong was cleared to come back into the game after being injured on the sane play Jeff Okudah was. It probably wasn't until later on Sunday or on Monday that symptoms of the concussion became evident to Strong. It's very unlikely that Strong or Tyrell Williams will be cleared to play for the upcoming game at Lambeau Field.

DE/DT Bruce Hector could be a Practice Squad call up for the game.

The groin injury D'Andre Swift is dealing with probably will have to be managed for at least many more weeks.

The back injury that will sideline Za'Darius Smith for the game vs. the Lions and at least other 2 games is a huge setback for the Packers. The Lions still have a major uphill path in order to upset the Packers on the road. But without Smith, the door is significantly more open for the Lions than it would have been with a relatively healthy Smith.

The Lions are already dealing with plenty of injury adversary. It's an opportunity for other players to step up, including at WR. Hopefully, the additional week of practice will enable Trinity Benson to be on the same page as Jared Goff throughout the game and that the Lions Offensive system will become natural to him more and more each day.

If Darnell Savage is unable to play, the Packers are going to be short handed at Safety....with backup Vernon Scott being declared out with a Hamstring Injury.
