Bengals officially announce Zac Taylor as head coach

With the lack of resources the Bengals have in scouting compared to the vast majority of NFL teams, the decision to hire Zac Taylor, who is only 35 years old and has less coaching experience than most first time NFL HCs, seems like a highly questionable decision. I have no idea who will have final say with Bengals personnel decisions, with Marvin Lewis is no longer in their picture.
