Lions re-sign Mike Ford to a new contract

Being that there was no way the Lions were going to place a RFA Tender on Mike Ford, it's likely that the two parties worked out a contract that is much lower on a per year basis than the slight less than $ 2.37 million tender. Ford improved in his limited snaps in the 2020 season. But Ford hasn't yet demonstrated, at least from my point of view, that he's more than a bottom roster player.
