This is amongst the easiest decisions Brad Holmes will have to make as Lions GM. The answer is 100 % YES, barring something unexpected before the early May deadline to place the 5th year option on 1st Round Selections from the 2018 Draft. IMHO, Frank Ragnow is the Lions best player at his respective position on the Offensive and Defensive side of the ball combined.
In looking at the list of 1st Round players from the 2018 Draft, through 3 seasons, this group of players has performed better than the typical 1st Round group of players. Hence, several more players will have the 5th year option being picked up than typically is the case.
