DeShawn Hand's overall play has substantially improved in the last 3 games, compared to earlier in the season. His run Defense has been very good in these 3 collective games.

For the Lions to get back on track and remain on track, it's important for Hand to continue to improve. He has a high ceiling and the skills + versatility that make him a very good fit in the Lions Defensive scheme.

David, this may interest you, as you were mentioning elsewhere, Romeo Okwara is becoming a playmaker, his stats are showing a steep improvement this year.
On the other hand, Da'Shawn Hand seems to be the least productive of the 3 (even if stats don't tell the whole story  ).

Frenchy, if given the choice, I want to see Da'Shawn Hand get more snaps in both odd and even fronts.

It's not sayng much. But I thought Hand played noticeably better than the 3 interior D-Line starters in Minnesota yesterday.
