Packers claim receiver Travis Fulgham off waivers from Lions

Because the Packers have more questions than answers at WR, Travis Fulgham should get a good opportunity this summer with them if he can adjust to their Offense quickly.
It's safe to assume that the Packers coaches are going to ask Fulgham questions about the Lions Offensive scheme and personnel.
