This is disappointing news. I thought Logan Thomas outplayed Jesse James last season. The reality of James' contract probably contributed greatly in Logan Thomas leaving the Lions for the Redskins.
The Lions now have a need for a blocking TE, who can a also provide a receiving dimension.
