Very good decision by the football decision makers with the Dolphins.  

Ironically, Jim Caldwell will be working under a HC from the Patriots organization ( if things go according to plan. ).  This after Bob Quinn moved on from Caldwell as Lions HC after the 2017 season.

One correction in the article.  Caldwell's record as a HC in the regular season is 62-50.

There's probably a much better chance the Assistant Coaches from the Offensive Side of the ball from Jim Caldwell's Lions staff end up on the Dolphins Coaching Staff than Defensive Coaches.

Jim Caldwell should be a huge asset for the Dolphins. Finding a QB that has enough ability and work ethic in which Caldwell can work with is the more difficult part of the equation.
