I would be very surprised if the Lions draft a Long Snapper this year. If the Lions don't re-sign Don Muhlbach, another Long Snapper likely will be signed sometime in the next two months.

More likely than not, the Lions won't end up drafting a Punter this year. It wouldn't surprise me if the two Punters currently on the Lions are the team's Punters entering Training Camp. At least one of them likely will be on the Lions Training Camp roster of 90 players.

My guess is Jack Fox will win the Lions Punting job because he's been more consistent in practice. Bob Quinn and Matt Patricia can't afford to have an erratic Punter. Not with a mandate from Lions ownership to have much better tangible results this season.
