This looks like a good decision by Bob Quinn.  Mike Disner has worked with Bob Quinn and Matt Patricia. Disner has a football background, in addition to being part of a successful Cardinals organization in a similar position he very likely will be with the Lions.

One thought that just came to mind is did the Lions make a proactive decision in letting Matt Harriss go early this week, knowing that there might be only a very short window to land Mike Disner?   Especially,  knowing that the Bucs were in the process of hiring Bruce Arians as their new Head Coach.
