Some thoughts come to mind:
1. The coaches need to be careful regarding putting Matthew Stafford in harm's way as a blocker. To Stafford's credit, he was effective as a blocker on J.D. McKissic's long run, while using good judgment with his body.
2. The Eagles had an extra defender in or near the box a high % of the time.
3. The Lions rotating Guards might be contributing to the problems the Lions have had establishing the run.
4. Kerryon Johnaon did a good job in short yardage / goalline situations as a rusher.
