Regarding the Khalil Mack situation, the Lions salary cap situation due to Matthew Stafford's contract made it much more difficult for the Lions to give the Raiders at least the equivalent that the Bears did for Mack.


Dante Fowler Jr. is a talented player. But his baggage, combined with him scheduled to be an UFA in 2019, made it understandable why the Lions didn't trade for him.

When something major happens regarding the Lions, I think Bob Quinn should speak to the media. He's putting Matt Patricia in more difficult situations than should be the case. Especially, if Quinn is responsible for a decision such as a trade. Or as an example in the case of the story regarding the allegations against Patricia from 1996.
