In this contest, pick 3 games in which you believe the team that's considered the Underdog based on the Tuesday or early Wednesday Morning listed Point Spread, will win the game.
The following website will be used for the contest:
www.footballlocks.com/nfl_point_spreads.shtml
If you miss a week, by all means feel free to pick 6 games the following week. You can pick as many games as you want in a given week if you miss multiple weeks, providing there are enough NFL games remaining in the season and you don't go over the average of 3 games per week.
The winner of the contest will be determined by whoever has the most points at the end of the season.
A win ( being correct by selecting an underdog that won ) is worth 1 point.
If an NFL game ends up in a tie that you selection, you get 1/2 point.
If the team that's favorite wins a game, you don't get any points for that game.
Note: For obvious reasons, you can't select a game in which the pointspread is 0 ( pick em ).
If the contest winner isn't decided after week # 16 concludes, then tiebreaker selections will be included in week # 17 in addition to your regular selections. Basically, you will have 3 additional entries in terms of order of preference. If there's a tie for the entire season after the regular phase of the contest in week # 17 concludes, the contest will be decided by the order of preference entries. I plan on explaining this in more detail going into week # 17 if the contest winner isn't decided by then.
The contest is open to all DLF members and anyone else you would like to include their entry such as a family member or friend.
As always, I must mention that the DLF doesn't recommend to anyone to bet on games or in general. The Contests are for fun and skill purposes.
