Lions sign P/K Ryan Santoso and RB Kerwynn Williams to futures contracts

Because of Sam Martin's contract, there's a realistic path for Ryan Santoso to be the Lions opening day and beyond Punter in the 2019 season. Plenty of more consistency is needed though for Santoso to even be with the Lions at the start of training camp, let alone to be the Lions opening day Punter in September.
Kerwynn Williams seems like a longshot to be with the Lions on opening day in September.
