IMHO, the most likely outcome was both Eric Lee and Mitchell Loewen would be released. With the calculated gamble by the Lions that at least one won't be claimed off waivers. I think that will be the case. Then after Austin Bryant is placed on Short Term IR ( prediction ), Lee or Loewen will be re-signed.
Jordan Lasley, Ryan Pope. Jamar Summers, and James Williams are realistic Practice Squad Options.
