Lions OL Joe Dahl moving differently after changing body this offseason

Of the players that appear to be competing for a starting interior Offensive Line job with the Lions (assuming Frank Ragnow and Graham Glasgow are starters ), Joe Dahl seems to have the best upside/ experience combination. If Dahl progresses well this summer, he could at least provide the Lions with adequate interior O-Line play. Maybe much more. All of the other options on the roster seem to be at highly questionable.
