Lions activate Hendon Hooker from the NFI list

It definitely made sense for the Lions to activate Hendon Hooker from the NEI list.
For Hooker to be able to handle the role as the Lions # 2 QB in 2024, these extra few weeks of hands on coaching he's now expected to get should make a major difference in Hooker being significantly further along in his development.
