Much like with Tom Kennedy, this is a huge setback for Shane Zylstra as an NFL player. Hopefully, both will make a full recovery.

Much like with Tom Kennedy, Shane Zylstra will also end up clearing waivers, and then being placed on I.R. In the case of Zylstra, he probably will end up remaining on I.R. the entire season.
