Unfortunate news regarding Tom Kennedy. Hopefully, Kennedy will make a full recovery and have another NFL opportunity later this season. If the injury isn't season ending, I think there's a realistic chance the Lions sign him to the P.S. at some point in the regular season. Kennedy's familiarity with the Lions Offensive System, coaches, and players, would have his cause to get another P.S. opportunity with the Lions.
Trey Quinn will probably have to go the Practice Squad route again, whether it's with the Lions or another NFL team, to have a realistic chance at getting another opportunity on an NFL roster.
