Lions sign free agent DL Christian Covington

The Lions signed Christian Covington in the 2nd week of May.
Christian Covington has NFL experience playing multiple interior Defensive Line positions, in multiple Defensive systems. As a backup rotation option, Covington is a decent option. Covington probably will be one of a handful of players on the Lions roster bubble heading into the final pre-season game at Carolina.
