Carolina seems like a good situation for Jim Caldwell, along with his role on the Panthers Coaching Staff under Frank Reich. Caldwell has coaching experience on both sides of the ball and of course as a NFL Head Coach. He's an excellent sounding board for Frank Reich and the overall Panthers Coaching Staff.
