Colts fire Frank Reich

The Colts haven't come close to effectively replacing QB Andrew Luck, who retired from the NFL in August, 2019. More than anything, the QB play of Colts QBs in recent seasons cost Frank Reich his job.
Unlike the Colts, which struggled mightily to move the ball at New England, the Lions were able to move the ball on the road against the Patriots. The failure once the Lions got into scoring position, including the Lions going a record setting 0 for 6 on 4th Down attempted conversions, resulted in a 29-0 shutdown win for the Patriots.
Frank Reich was a Lions backup QB in 1997 and 1998. Reich is a class act and a good coach. His age (61 next month ) works against him in getting another NFL HC opportunity.
