I would be surprised and concerned if the Lions draft George Pickens with pick # 32 or pick # 34. I don't think that the reports about him are from a source(s) to bring his draft stock down, for the purpose of him being available lower in the draft for a specific team to land him.

Nakobe Dean is not the type of LB the Patriots have drafted / signed under Bill Belichick. Size is a high priority for the Patriots at LB. I would be shocked if the Patriots drafted him.

If Washington takes a QB in the 1st Round, it will make their trade with Indianapolis for Carson Wentz that much worse. Wentz would likely be looking over his shoulder, instead of focusing on getting his NFL career going back in the right direction.

I'm very pleased with the Lions first night of the draft. I am pleasantly surprised how little (relatively speaking) the Lions had to give the Vikings to trade up from pick # 32 to pick # 12.

Travon Walker seems like a better fit for Dan Campbell, from a Lions culture standpoint, than Kayvon Thidodeaux.
