David Blough is a RFA. I strongly believe the Lions won't Tender him. It's not likely that Blough will be re-signed, even at a lower price than the minimum Tender offer.
The Lions need an upgrade over Tim Boyle at the # 2 QB position.
Of the UFAs mentioned in the article, if the price is similar, Andy Dalton would be my top choice for the Lions. Dalton would be legit competition for Jared Goff and at the very least a good # 2 QB. The only UFA mentioned in the article, who I would put below Boyle on my Lions preference list, is Cam Newton.
