PFT’s Week 18 2021 NFL picks
Packers (-2.5) at Lions
MDS’s take: It’s hard to know how hard the Packers will be playing now that they’ve got the No. 1 seed locked up, but I expect them to beat the Lions even if Jordan Love is at quarterback.
MDS’s pick: Packers 28, Lions 21.
Florio’s take: The Packers need to learn from the example set by the Ravens in 2019 and not take a three-week break between meaningful games. Green Bay should keep the saw sharp, injury risks be damned.
Florio’s pick: Packers 31, Lions 24.
....
This is a difficult game to gauge because of the unknown with which players will be kept out by the Packers, either for all of the game, or as the game moves on. In addition, the uncertainty of whether Jared Goff will be healthy enough to play and the status of the Lions starting Offensive Tackles.

Detroit News predictions: Lions vs. Packers .........
With it looking like it least Taylor Decker will be available for this game, the Lions chances of beating the Packers tomorrow, look much better today than they did yesterday.

Five things to watch: Lions vs. Packers
............
What transpired in the playoffs for the Packers will likely determine whether the Packers and Aaron Rodgers continue their football relationship for at least the 2022 season.

Detroit News scouting report: Lions vs. Packers
.....
De’Vondre Campbell is Questionable for the game with an elbow injury. He was listed as Limited in practice all 3 days on the Packers Injury Report. If Campbell even plays in this game, it likely won't be in the 2nd Half.

Packers vs. Lions: 4 key matchups to watch in Week 18
......
One thing in particular I expect is for Josh Myers to see game action at Center, with Lucas Patrick going back to Guard on some of those snaps. My guess is this game will be a significant factor in the decision of the Packers interior Offensive Line combination the Packers coaches will go with in their 1st playoff game (Round 2).

Lions vs. Packers Week 18 inactive players: Penei Sewell OUT ....
The Lions not having Penei Sewell for this game is a major loss. Other than also not going with Dan Skipper as a result, on the Game Day roster, none of the other Lions Inactives surprise me.
The Packers are being cautious with Aaron Jones and De'Vondre Campbell.
My prediction for the game is Lions 24, Packers 23. With the expectation that Aaron Rodgers and some other key Packers starters will be removed from the game before the 2nd half begins ( at the latest).
